Our Approach
We begin our case handling with a realistic evaluation of the file. Our goal is to work with the client to identify issues, opportunities, and strategies that can help streamline the litigation process.
We will be candid and sincere with our evaluation and suggestions, and devote the time necessary to understand the goals of our clients. We attempt, early on, to identify cases that are resolvable without protracted litigation, and search for strategies that bring such cases to a fair and prompt resolution.
When a decision has been made to litigate a case to conclusion, we litigate the case aggressively. Our attorneys are well seasoned cross-examiners and we are not intimidated by experts, witnesses or opponents. At the same time, we demonstrate respect for the judiciary, and camaraderie with opposing counsel.
