Ashley D. Fesperman focuses her practice on first-party property claims defense and workers’ compensation defense on behalf of insurance carriers, third-party administrators and employers. She has extensive experience handling all aspects of claim litigation from initial claim and discovery, through mediation and if necessary, all phases of trial. Ashley often conducts client presentations where she provides best practices in case management, case law and legislative updates, and tools for defending claims and managing future risk obligations.
Additionally, Ashley practices insurance defense handling a variety of matters including automobile negligence and bodily injury.
Prior to joining Chartwell Law, she was part of staff counsel for a large, national insurance carrier.
