Queena Baumbach is a partner in Chartwell’s Harrisburg office, where she represents insurers, TPAs and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation matters. A seasoned trial lawyer, she has spent her career representing clients in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. With extensive experience in the field of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law, Queena guides clients throughout the entire process – from initial claims through appeals, and when in her clients’ best interests, settlements. She is also a sought after speaker on workers’ compensation matters throughout the state.
Before joining Chartwell, Queena was a partner at a Harrisburg law firm.
When she is not at the office, Queena enjoys spending time with her children and playing pickleball.
