Laura Beth Braswell is an Associate in Chartwell’s Moorestown, New Jersey Office. She obtained her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2004 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University in 2000 with her B.A in Music, as well as a minor in English. While in school, Ms. Braswell was inducted into the Athenaeum Honor Society and was an Octo-finalist in the Honorable James Hunter III Memorial Advanced Moot Court Competition. Before becoming an Associate at Chartwell, Ms. Braswell worked as a criminal defense attorney with the Law Offices of M.W. Pinsky, where she successfully represented clients in federal and state courts. In addition to her work with the firm, Ms. Braswell serves as the Director of Music at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish in Collingswood, NJ. Ms. Braswell is experienced in litigation and focuses her concentration in the area of workers’ compensation.
