Kenneth M. Dubrow to present at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in Philadelphia on Slip, Trip & Fall Cases

On August 17, 2010, Kenneth M. Dubrow will be presenting at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on the topic of "Handling the Slip, Trip & Fall Case."

 

This program will take a practical approach to handling the slip, trip and fall case - those occurring outside related to snow and ice, uneven sidewalks, poorly lit or unmarked pathways or stairs as well as accidents that occur inside involving slippery tiling, rippled or torn carpeting, obstructions or foreign substances on floor or walkway as well as design defects, poor maintenance, code violations, etc. The program will examine the law, mechanics and practicalities of handling a slip, trip
and fall case and assess how clients can get the best possible result.
