Attorneys from The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP play significant role in success of 4th Annual Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania

Charles J. Barreras, Esquire, Michael J. Diamond, Esquire and Andrew E. Greenberg, Esquire, partners in The Chartwell Law Offices will address the 4th Annual Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Conference over the course of two days May 10-11, 2005 in Hershey, Pennsylvania. On May 10, 2005, Mr. Barreras will be participating in a panel discussion entitled “Evaluation Alphabet Soup – IME, IRE, FCE.” The panel will address the three most common medical assessments tools relied upon in workers’ compensation practice; how and when each should be used and the problems that each can cause the claims administrator and litigator. On May 11, 2005 Mr. Greenberg will participate in the Conference “Flash Points” presentation, which will provide attendees with information about and insight into the most perplexing issues facing workers’ compensation practitioners, including the administration of “medical only” claims, the most common disputes that arise over the use of the Notice of Compensation Payable and other issues that tend to generate litigation. Mr. Diamond will be participating in the popular “As the Claim Turns” presentation on May 11, 2005. He and his co-presenters will demonstrate in entertaining fashion, the life of a workers’ compensation claim from the date of injury through the litigation process. On May 10, 2005 Chartwell Law Offices associate Megan L. Dougherty, Esquire will address the Conference in a panel program entitled “Claims Forms Filing...
