Chartwell Law Offices partner, Kenneth M. Dubrow has been selected to participate as a panel member on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute at the Wannamaker Building CLE Center in Philadelphia on June 9, 2006. The presentation, part of the PBI seminar “Practicing in the Federal District Court” is an annual event that provides comprehensive instruction on all matters involving Federal Court litigation. Mr. Dubrow, who chairs The Chartwell Law Offices’ General Liability Department, will offer attendees practical instruction on Federal Court procedure with particular emphasis on the important differences between litigating general liability matters in state and federal courts.
