Kenneth M. Dubrow scheduled to address Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association on April 13, 2007

Chartwell partner, Kenneth M. Dubrow will participate as a speaker at the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association "Premises Liability Seminar" at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia on Friday, April 13, 2007. Mr. Dubrow along with plaintiffs’ counsel, Joel D. Feldman, Esquire, will provide attendees with practice pointers on "Slip, Trip and Fall Cases." The presentation will outline the plaintiff strategies and the use of common defenses to such actions. Mr. Dubrow and Mr. Feldman will also describe what every personal injury practitioner needs to know about the variety of medical issues that typically arise out of such actions.
