Chartwell Law Offices partner, Michael J. Diamond, Esquire, will present "Legal Perspective on Vocational Experts" at the Philadelphia Chapter of The International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals' annual seminar. The event will be held on September 8, 2006 from 8 am until 11am at the City Line Holiday Inn, 4100 Presidential Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Diamond's presentation will outline the law relating to the use of vocational rehabilitation in litigated workers' compensation matters and will offer a series of strategies aimed at effectively determining and establishing the earning power of the injured employee.
