Clifford A. Goldstein completes "Manual of Stress, Heart Attacks and Cardiovascular Disease in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Cases"

Clifford A. Goldstein of The Chartwell Law Offices has completed an exhaustive study of the nature, character and compensability of cardiac injuries under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act. The Manual of Stress, Heart Attacks and Cardiovascular Disease in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation” will be formally presented at the 26th SEAK Annual National Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Medicine Conference to be held July 17-20, 2006 in Hyannisport, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The Manual not only addresses the usual theories of “causation”, typical and not-so-typical defenses to such claims as well as the obstacles that employers face in defending cardiac claims, but also provides considerable medical analysis of cardiac disease.
