The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP, Adds Insurance Coverage, Subrogation Practice Group

The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP, announced today that it has added seven attorneys from the Conshohocken, PA firm of Troy MacBride Veith LLC, and has added veteran Pittsburgh insurance litigator Nick Pasciullo. The move expands Chartwell’s insurance and defense litigation practice and adds property insurance coverage, bad faith litigation and subrogation to its practice mix.

 

The new Property Insurance and Subrogation Practice is led by Chris Troy, former Chair of the American Bar Association’s Property Insurance Law Committee. Before founding the Troy MacBride firm, Mr. Troy was a partner at Rogut McCarthy Troy LLC and Hecker Brown Sherry and Johnson. Nick Pasciullo, former manager of the White and Williams Pittsburgh office, will join Chartwell as the Director of the Complex Property Insurance Practice.
