On August 18, 2008 Thomson-West issued the 3rd Edition of the well-known authoritative text, Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law & Practice, written by David B. Torrey and Chartwell founding partner, Andrew E. Greenberg. The four-volume treatise, which was first published in 1995, includes twenty-four chapters and extensive appendices. It provides workers’ compensation practitioners with historical information, analysis of recent legislative developments and up-to-date case law review, as well as practical suggestions for effective administration of Pennsylvania work injuries.
