Andrew E. Greenberg named “2005 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” by Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine

Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine have named The Chartwell Law Offices founding partner, Andrew E. Greenberg a “2005 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer”. Mr. Greenberg was selected on the basis of an in depth survey of Pennsylvania attorneys who, over the last year, were asked to nominate the best lawyers they have personally observed, either as opposing counsel or co-counsel or independently in the courtroom. Each nominated lawyer was awarded a score based upon the number of votes he or she received and each was assessed by an independent blue ribbon panel before being named a 2005 selection. Mr. Greenberg, co-author of the well-known treatise, Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law & Practice, a four-volume text published by Thomson-West, has been representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation matters for nearly twenty years. Regarded as an aggressive and strategic defense practitioner, he regularly lectures attorneys and insurance groups on important topics facing the Pennsylvania workers’ compensation community. On July 19, 2005 he will present to the SEAK National Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Medicine Conference for the third time since 1999.
