Chartwell Law has added Joseph A. Suarez to the firm’s insurance defense team in the Miami, Florida office. Mr. Suarez joins the firm as a partner and, in addition to insurance defense, will focus on bad faith litigation, professional negligence, commercial litigation and construction litigation. He also has experience handling family, admiralty and administrative law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Suarez was a partner at a full-service Miami-based law firm where he handled insurance defense litigation.
