Alexander Kwasny defends clients in workers’ compensation matters. He represents a variety of employer entities including, municipalities, retailers, hospitals and healthcare providers, and others before workers’ compensation judges in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board.

Mr. Kwasny assists clients in cases covering a wide array of work injuries including sociological, traumatic, and repetitive amongst others. He is seasoned in early case assessment and advocates for his clients should the matter go to court or mediation.

Prior to joining Chartwell Law, Mr. Kwasny was a law clerk for a New Jersey personal injury and medical malpractice law firm.

While in law school, Mr. Kwasny was selected to become a member of the Widener Law Review and later elected to the executive board as Blue Book Editor.
