He handles matters across numerous industries including retail, healthcare, construction and the service industry, amongst others.

Alex’s defense begins with an early and comprehensive claim analysis. He is experienced handling a wide array of work injuries, specifically sociological, traumatic and repetitive work injuries. Alex provides his clients with a complete assessment of both the strengths and weaknesses of the case and continues to provide regular status updates throughout the litigation process, as he works to develop a defense strategy that provides an outcome that is both cost-effective and minimizes risk exposure. Alex serves as an advocate on behalf of his clients from initial claim to mediation and trial, if needed, and has appeared before the workers’ compensation judges in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board.

In addition to workers’ compensation defense, Alex is experienced handling general liability defense matters pertaining to motor vehicle negligence and insurance defense third-party subrogation.

Prior to joining Chartwell Law, Alex was a law clerk for a personal injury and criminal defense firm in New Jersey
