Michael J. Alivernini has comprehensive experience in general litigation matters. His law practice concentrates in the areas of property and casualty claims, premises liability defense, construction litigation, and insurance coverage. Known for his strategic and results-oriented approach to litigation, Mike diligently works to achieve his clients' business and legal goals.

Mr. Alivernini represents self-insureds, domestic insurers and Certain Underwriters Lloyd's of London in first-party coverage defense and property and casualty defense matters. Mr. Alivernini has represented clients in large loss property subrogation matters, in which he negotiated substantial recoveries and participated in numerous jury trials in order to secure favorable jury verdicts. In addition, he has successfully defended his clients in personal injury and wrongful death claims arising out of premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.

Mr. Alivernini has authored several articles and presents at conferences on strategies for evaluating and resolving claims pre-suit.  In his free time, Mr. Alivernini enjoys fishing, hunting and golfing.
