Anne Marie Giri brings 20 years of defense litigation experience to Chartwell Law. Anne Marie focuses her practice on insurance defense, representing insurance carriers and third-party administrators in various areas of litigation. Most prominently, her work involves first-party property claims defense, where she has successfully litigated matters involving roof damage, hurricane-related claims and sinkholes, to name a few.
Anne Marie is also skilled in representing businesses and other entities in general liability litigation handling matters such as bodily injury, premises liability and personal injury protection, where she successfully attained multiple motions for summary judgments on material misrepresentation on the issue of alleged commercial use of motor vehicles.
Before joining Chartwell Law, Anne Marie was an associate with several successful central and south Florida law firms.
