Ashley Waring defends self-insured employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in workers’ compensation litigation. She handles cases utilizing the Uninsured Employers Guaranty Fund (UEGF), and has experience assisting clients in both litigation and mediation proceedings.

Ms. Waring handles a variety of cases including those involving motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, physical injuries and others. She also has experience handling employment discrimination and array of contract cases.

Ms. Waring is a seasoned negotiator and is particularly well-versed in early evaluation of her cases. She is a strong communicator, advocating for her clients with judges and opposing counsel strongly, but knowing when to work towards a middle ground.

While in law school, Ms. Waring was involved in the Appellate Advocacy Clinic, where she prepared briefs and presented an oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. See United States v. Newbold, 791 F.3d 455 (4th Cir. 2015). She also served as articles editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy, chief justice of the Wake Forest University Moot Court Program, and both president and vice president of the Black Law Students Association. Notably, Ms. Waring participated in the London Study Abroad Program and the Cross Disciplinary Development Program in Nicaragua which is a program developed to assist small businesses with a variety of legal issues.
