C. Mark Vazzana is an experienced trial attorney focusing his practice on general civil litigation. He represents a wide range of self-insured employers, third-party administrators, insurance companies and multiple Fortune 100 companies. Primarily, Mark defends tort litigation in the following areas: personal injury, premises liability, auto negligence, trucking accidents, Dram shop, food liability, medical malpractice and product liability cases.
Mark is committed to obtaining the best possible results for his clients, whether that means providing analysis and negotiation prior to litigation or obtaining positive outcomes at trial. Additionally, Mark’s unrelenting and diligent approach to litigation has allowed him to prevail on multiple Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions to Dismiss for Fraud throughout his career.
While in law school, Mark was an intern with the Organized Crime and Gang Unit for the Broward State Attorney’s Office. It was during this internship where he began to develop his forensic like approach to analyzing cases and devising strategy.
Mark is also a frequent lecturer and national presenter on premises liability and dram shop issues. He also counsels multiple national corporations on avoiding tort litigation and regularly conducts training for their management and employees on these issues.
