Carlos C. Monroy

Carlos C. Monroy is a workers’ compensation defense attorney representing insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. He is diligent in his case analysis and keeps his clients informed as he proceeds throughout his representation, allowing him to develop a clear strategy that moves toward the goal of successful resolution.

Carlos is not new to Chartwell Law and has been working as a law clerk as he finished law school, working with the workers’ compensation defense team in Boston. He also has experience working with federal workers’ compensation matters as a paralegal with another Boston law firm.  

While in law school, Carlos received the Sandra Day O’Connor Merit Scholarship and served as the comment and note editor of the New England Law Review.
