Christopher Wosleger practices in all areas of civil litigation including insurance coverage, insurance defense, general liability, professional liability, commercial litigation, subrogation, transportation and employment law. He has extensive experience in defending landowners and business operators in premises liability and commercial matters, including landlord tenant relations and contractual disputes.
Chris has assisted clients in recreational sporting claims including operators of bowling alleys, roller skating rinks and parks. He defends professional liability claims for real estate agents, appraisers, architects, engineers, nursing home and health care agencies. He regularly provides counsel to insurance carriers and third-party administrators alike and has assisted in the prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions relating to insurance and indemnity obligations, as well as the recoupment of proceeds under subrogation principles.
Chris approaches each case strategically, focusing on the best and most cost-effective way to meet his clients’ needs, including shifting and mitigating risk whenever possible. His hard work and dedication have resulted in consistent positive results for his clients including prevailing on motions to dismiss and summary judgment.
