Douglas Gromack focuses his practice on representing employers in workers’ compensation claims.

Douglas Gromack focuses his practice on representing employers in workers’ compensation claims. He joins the firm as an associate and resides in our Moorestown, NJ office.

Before joining Chartwell Law, Mr. Gromack served in the Office of the Public Defender for the State of New Jersey. There, he provided legal representation to clients in cases of alleged abuse or neglect filed by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency. Prior to that, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence P. DeBello of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Gromack earned his degree from Rutgers Law, attending on a full academic scholarship and maintaining Dean’s List honors throughout his schooling. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Berle M. Schiller of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also served as a research assistant to Professor J.C. Lore, III, assisting in the creation of Modern Trial Advocacy: Law School Edition, a text utilized by prominent law schools nationwide.
