George E. “Jed” Cvejanovich practices in the areas of insurance defense and insurance coverage, focusing on claims involving first-party property damage. Jed also handles various general liability matters, fraud investigations, and commercial litigation.
Jed has handled hundreds of matters on behalf of insurance carriers throughout the state of Florida, always with a keen eye on his clients’ goals toward a successful and cost-effective resolution. He has conducted settlement negotiations, and, in court, he has zealously defended his clients.
While in law school, Jed was awarded book awards for Constitutional Law and Trial Practice, and he was the general editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy from 2014-2015. In addition, he interned at the Alachua County State Attorney’s Office Domestic Violence Division conducting research on pending domestic violence cases.
