Gregg Scharaga focuses his practice on the defense of premises liability matters, including those brought against residential and commercial properties, bars, night clubs, gyms, recreational clubs, and venues, as well as supermarkets.

Mr. Scharaga handles matters arising from construction accidents based on allegations of violations of the New York Labor Law, product defects and claims of environmental impairment, violations of the Dram Shop Act, assaults, negligent security, contracts, insurance coverage disputes and general negligence claims. Mr. Scharaga has also defended clients in bed bug claims.

Mr. Scharaga is a frequent speaker at seminars focused on legal issues within the summer camp industry, including presenting annually at The Tri-State Camp Conference in Atlantic City, NJ, as well as at the National Swim & Recreation Association, where he spoke on the topic of “Protecting Your Campers, Protecting Your Camp.”

While in law school, Mr. Scharaga, was as a member of the Moot Court Association, the Trial Techniques Program and took part in the Moot Court Competition Seminar.
