Jaclyn M. SchianodiCola concentrates her practice on insurance coverage analysis and litigation, casualty defense, subrogation, commercial litigation, and general liability.

She has experience representing insurance companies and policyholders in claims involving premises liability, products liability, contract disputes, property damage, as well as labor law claims. Jaclyn also assists in the prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions relating to insurance and indemnity obligations.  She represents domestic and foreign insurers, as well as a variety of well-known corporations, small businesses, credit unions, property owners, contractors, municipalities, and manufacturers.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Jaclyn practiced at a well-known insurance defense firm in New York City and was an intern with the New York State Office of the Attorney General, Claims Bureau.
