Representing insurance carriers, TPAs and businesses throughout Florida, Jasmine is well-versed in the nuances of various property contract language and relevant statutes. She is experienced in handling all aspects of litigation from initial claim through to settlement negotiation, or to trial if the matter cannot be resolved.  

Prior to joining Chartwell Law, Jasmine was associate general counsel for a property and casualty insurance carrier in Fort Lauderdale. As such, she brings marked perspective to her legal defense in recommending proposed litigation strategies that are cost-effective, yet comprehensive in ensuring her clients’ risk management.

While in law school, Jasmine was awarded the book award on criminal procedure and ranked among the top students in the Moot Court Honors Board Oral Argument Competition
