Mr. Spadea primarily handles workers’ compensation claims; however, he is also well-versed and experienced in matters pertaining to medical fee disputes between providers and insurers.

Mr. Spadea frequently defends insurance carriers, self-insured entities and TPA’s in workers’ compensation matters across the state of Pennsylvania.
