Jorge L. Cruz-Bustillo focuses his practice on first party and third party insurance defense.

During his career, he has successfully represented insurance companies, commercial businesses, contractors, and individuals in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes. Jorge has an extensive list of positive results representing contractors, electrical engineers, municipal governments, and banking clients.  He often presents in the legal community on various topics concerning insurance defense and construction contracts and has published several case law updates in recent years.
