Joshua Gray devotes his practice to the defense of workers’ compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. He has obtained victories throughout Pennsylvania for his clients.

Mr. Gray, the managing partner of Chartwell Law’s Harrisburg office, has been recognized by the Philadelphia Magazine and the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine as a "Rising Star™” for his efforts in the workers’ compensation practice area, an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Additionally, he has been recognized Philadelphia Magazine and the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazineas a Super Lawyer®.

In addition to providing legal advice and representation for his clients, Mr. Gray has given multiple presentations on workers’ compensation claims handling and exposure reduction, as well as the impact of changing case law on employers and insurers.  

Mr. Gray has served several years as Workers' Compensation Section Chair for the Dauphin County Bar Association. Mr. Gray was also a Kid’s Chance Board Member.
