Kaitlin Perry concentrates her practice on representing employers in workers’ compensation claims. She defends clients against job-related injury claims, handles hearings, conducts depositions and writes briefs as appropriate.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Perry served as associate director of student services at Temple University, Beasley School of Law. Additionally, she served as an assistant defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where she practiced criminal law for five years. Her key responsibilities included litigation of misdemeanor and felony cases from pre-trial motions to trial and sentencing.   

Ms. Perry, an active member of the legal community, is a board member for the Young Lawyers Division of the Lackawanna County Bar Association.

While in law school, Ms. Perry was on the Dean’s Honor List and was a Barrister Award winner recipient.
