For more than 40 years, Kenneth D. Goldberg has been known for his innovative, strategic and result-oriented approach to litigation in which he focuses on his clients’ business and legal goals.

Mr. Goldberg represents insurers, self-insureds and businesses in civil actions in the state and federal courts.  His diverse client base includes property and casualty insurers, Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions including one of the largest credit and charge card companies in the world, a leading automotive finance company, the largest private university in the United States, and one of the leading internet-based social media companies.

Mr. Goldberg has comprehensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, mediation, and arbitration.  His practice encompasses many areas of defense litigation involving:

Further complimenting his legal practice is his education and training capabilities.  Mr. Goldberg travels throughout the country conducting seminars for his clients on current and significant legal issues.

Mr. Goldberg established Chartwell Law’s New York office eight years ago, expanding Chartwell’s east coast presence.
