Kevin Riefenstahl concentrates his practice on the litigation and defense of all matters relating to workers’ compensation.
Mr. Riefenstahl has experience assisting both employers and insurance carriers and prides himself on his aggressive representation on behalf of his clients in defense of New Jersey workers’ compensation claims. He works tirelessly to provide effective representation in order to ensure positive outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining the team at Chartwell, Mr. Riefenstahl was an associate at a prominent law firm in New Jersey, where he practiced workers’ compensation defense. He also practiced Social Security Disability claimant’s work.
Outside of the office, Mr. Riefenstahl is active in various community organizations, including the JDRF, where he serves as a board member for the communications committee, and Holden’s Hope, where he serves as the president and has raised over $10,000 to support JDRF. Mr. Riefenstahl is a USA Cycling certified bicycle coach and team coach for the JDRF cycling team.
