Kevin J. Riefenstahl practices exclusively to workers’ compensation defense litigation representing self-insured employers, insurance companies, and businesses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Kevin’s clients include insurer carriers, employers, and some of the largest self-insured organizations in the United States. He prides himself on his aggressive representation on behalf of his clients in defense of New Jersey workers’ compensation claims. He works tirelessly to provide effective representation to ensure positive outcomes for his clients.

Kevin brings multi-faceted experience to his practice. Prior to joining the team at Chartwell Law, he was an associate at a prominent law firm in New Jersey, where he practiced workers’ compensation defense and Social Security disability claimant’s work. Before becoming a lawyer, he was a financial analyst for a large national corporation and one of the largest international law firms worldwide. Kevin draws on this experience to ensure that his clients resolve their matters cost-effectively and at the lower end of the likely exposure.

Kevin’s dedication to giving back to the community is evident from the countless hours he has dedicated to various community organizations. Kevin is an assistant scout master for Scouts BSA and serves on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). He and his family founded and volunteer for Holden’s Hope and have raised over $20,000 to support JDRF’s mission to accelerate life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent and treat type one diabetes and its complications. Kevin, a certified USA Cycling coach and JDRF chapter team coach, can be found cheering his team on as they ride to raise funds for JDRF.
