Kimberly A. Zabroski focuses her practice on workers’ compensation litigation representing self-insured employers and insurance companies, most notably airlines.

Having handled hundreds of workers’ compensation claims, Ms. Zabroski has an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of medical conditions including: toxic exposure and air quality injuries, repetitive trauma injuries, psychiatric and stress-related injuries, cardiac injuries, specific loss injuries and general orthopedic conditions.   She has evaluated, tried and appealed many types of cases before the Pennsylvania Worker’s Compensation Appeal Board, in state and federal courts and at the appellate level.  

While in law school, Ms. Zabroski served as recent decisions editor of the Duquesne Law Review.  She also served as judicial clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey J. Manning of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zabroski was a partner with an international employment firm in Pittsburgh.
