Kimberly Costello focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense for insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. She is committed to the defense of her clients and has handled cases for a wide range of entities. Ms. Costello has frequently represented restaurants, hospitals and medical facilities.

Prior to working for Chartwell Law, Ms. Costello was an attorney at a Philadelphia law firm, defending insurance carriers in matters involving workers’ compensation.

While in law school, Ms. Costello served as a certified legal intern at a non-profit organization in Pittsburgh, where she provided pro bono legal services and represented the interests of dependent and/or delinquent children as Guardian Ad Litem or as counsel.

Ms. Costello participates in charitable competitions and runs that benefit various charities including those for pediatric cancer and the Special Olympics. In her free, time Ms. Costello enjoys CrossFit and going to the beach.
