Lisa Diaz-Ordaz represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of liability matters. She is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, from inception through trial and appeal.

Prior to joining Chartwell Law, Lisa worked as staff legal counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance for nearly 10 years. Among her many duties, she handled complex insurance defense litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, property damage subrogation, toxic torts, labor law, and products liability.

In this role, Lisa gained a broad range of trial experience and developed a track record of achieving successful resolutions of claims for individuals, local restaurants, and small businesses, nationally recognized restaurants, and retailers.

Following law school, Lisa gained experience as a labor relations specialist attorney at the Erie County Medical Center, where she represented hospital management at employee grievance hearings with three unions, arbitrations, and PERB hearings.
