Lindsay C. Tropnas focuses her practice on civil litigation with a strong emphasis on insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, maritime, and logistics and transportation. Lindsay represents insurers, insureds and other companies, throughout the state of Florida.
Lindsay is also skilled in managing first-party property cases and causes of action pertaining to political and legislative interactions. She exhibits proficient capability in handling complex commercial litigation such as governmental contracts, land use and zoning through both negotiation and litigation.
Lindsay has extensive experience in state and federal courts. She also has experience appealing federal related matters and state related matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Florida Supreme Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay was an associate with a small firm in Jacksonville, Florida taking on various civil litigation cases, including insurance defense, maritime, and logistics and transportation.
Outside of the office, she loves to travel and is a health enthusiast, who enjoys kickboxing.
