Loanmy Saranova has experience with diverse areas of civil law, including, but not limited to, employment law, personal injury and contractual law.
Ms. Saranova has worked with both plaintiffs and defendants and has extensive experience with settlement negotiations and mediations. She has conducted and defended multiple depositions and has successful experience with motion calendar and special set hearings. Ms. Saranova has litigated cases at all stages and maintains strong client relations throughout all stages of representation.
While in law school, Ms. Saranova conducted extensive and diverse legal research, prepared and organized projects and presentations on various topics, and revised drafts of work before publication while working for the Assistant Dean. Additionally, she represented her law school throughout the country on national level Moot Court competitions as a competitor and a student coach.
Ms. Saranova also volunteered at a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing legal assistance in the immigration process. In addition, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Migna Sanchez-Llorens of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and conducted extensive legal research, reviewed proposed orders, and assisted in motion calendar and trial proceedings.
