Rachel M. Rosenfeld is a Philadelphia-based attorney with over 10 years’ experience in matters relating to general casualty defense, retail liability, automobile liability and construction defect. She represents insurance companies, businesses, and self-insured organizations.
Rachel’s practice extends to both the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The main focus of Rachel’s practice involves handling premises liability matters, including slip and falls, trip and falls as well as products liability. She also represents clients in personal and commercial motor vehicle accidents as well as claims of construction defect. In her retail liability practice, Rachel represents some of the largest and most well-known retail operations in the country. These include supermarkets, department stores as well as big box and discount retailers.
Rachel is a results-oriented attorney, focused on clear and prompt communication with her clients. She develops well-thought-out, strategic and economic plans aimed at ensuring quick resolution and, if unable to do so, a cost-effective way of to reach trial.
Dedicated to giving back to the community, Rachel also devotes her time to the Support Center for Child Advocates, representing abused and neglected children in Philadelphia. She believes that her volunteer work gives underprivileged children a much-needed voice.
Outside of work, Rachel, a life-long Pennsylvania resident, enjoys spending time with her husband and two children in Delaware County.
