Sarah McMillin is an experienced litigator who focuses her current practice on casualty/tort litigation, trucking litigation, and business organizations and transactions. She also represents clients in estate planning and trust matters and is a certified Guardian Ad Litem and Parent representative in Youth Court and Chancery Court proceedings.
Sarah is a results-oriented lawyer who takes a no-nonsense approach to her cases. With her clients’ best interests in mind, Sarah is open to new approaches which work best for any matter at hand.
Before joining Chartwell Law, Sarah was of counsel in the Ridgeland office of a regional law firm.
