Shari Gegerson Hall has a wide range of practice areas, including workers’ compensation litigation and mediation, subrogation, insurance defense, coverage opinions, automobile litigation, and premises liability. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, including insureds, self-insureds, employers and carriers.

Prior to joining the team at Chartwell Law, Shari was a managing member of a mediation firm and served as mediator for workers’ compensation claims and first-party insurance claim disputes. She initially began mediating in 1997 and became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator in 2001. Shari also worked as a managing attorney at a national insurance company, where she established and managed all aspects of the Orlando House Counsel office, including personnel and litigation. She worked for the State of Florida as a mediation officer for mandatory state mediation.
