Sienna Osta focuses her practice on personal injury litigation including matters related to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, negligent security, slip and fall, and medical malpractice cases.
She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in several jury trials and bench trials, throughout the state of Florida, placing her in an advantageous position to strategically navigate proceedings in the best interest of her clients.
Sienna takes pride in creating and maintaining individualized, personal relationships with every client through open and direct communication. She provides frequent updates at all stages of litigation and is always responsive and available to her clients. Siena approaches every case with the aggressive dedication it takes to gain the best possible outcome.
During her time in law school, Sienna represented her class as Class Senator and was an active member in the International Legal Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi. She was often on the Dean’s List and Honor Roll, received several book awards, and was a finalist in Cooley’s Annual Mock Trial Competition. As a third-year law student, Sienna was selected as the scholarship winner from the Trial & Litigation Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association in Tampa, Florida. Her article on “The Importance of Jury Trials in American Jurisprudence” was chosen and published in Lawyer Magazine, October 2015.
Before joining the firm, Sienna was an associate at a mid-size firm in Boca Raton, Florida, where she handled personal injury and premises liability litigation.
Outside of the office, Sienna is a car enthusiast who enjoys tuning and racing her BMW M4 and an animal lover that assists local agencies, which rescue and rehabilitate small animals.
