Thomas Richard is experienced handling all stages of litigation from reception through appeals to the Reviewing Board. Additionally, Mr. Richard handles general litigation matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, dram shop liability, and workers’ compensation lien recovery/subrogation.
Prior to joining the firm, Thomas Richard was an associate with a mid-size litigation firm in Woburn, Massachusetts where he led the firm’s workers’ compensation practice and handled general litigation cases.
