Mr. Wehner has handled more than 700 workers’ compensation claims and hundreds of construction accident litigation matters, resulting in large recoveries for his clients.

Having previously worked for a prestigious Philadelphia plaintiff’s firm, Mr. Wehner provides a unique advantage to his clients. Formerly in the position of opposing attorneys, he’s able to analyze litigation from both perspectives.

In Jorce v. Boulevard Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center, Mr. Wehner was instrumental in the creation of new law on the duties of a physical therapist to patients.  The law, which creates a duty for physical therapists similar to that of pharmacists to patients, states that prescriptions for physical therapy cannot be altered or deviated from without first communicating with the treating physician.

Mr. Wehner has also served as counsel for insurance companies, which allows him to understand what’s most important to his clients. He provides them value by making cost-effective decisions and effectively representing their interests.
