Tracy Yaun is an accomplished defense attorney concentrating her practice on insurance coverage analysis and casualty defense matters that include the areas of auto liability, premises liability and construction defect.

With multiple insurance industry designations including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA), along with decades working in various roles for international insurance carriers, Tracy is uniquely positioned to present her clients creative solutions that yield positive outcomes, remain cost-effective and minimize risk.

Tracy is an active member of Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (The CLM) where she regularly presents at conferences on current topics facing claims and litigation management professionals. In addition, she has earned the Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation issued by The Institutes.
