William Edwards focuses his practice on general liability litigation, premises liability, transportation, trucking and automobile negligence, negligent security, wrongful death, products liability, construction defect, property damage and commercial litigation.

Mr. Edwards has extensive experience handling primarily bodily injury and wrongful death matters stemming from premises liability accidents, trucking and automobile accidents, products liability claims and negligent security throughout the entire state of Florida.

Mr. Edwards is a partner at Chartwell Law and helps his clients in many ways. He is always available and responds to clients’ questions and inquiries immediately. He continually evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of every case and advises his clients accordingly as to his analysis and strategy so as to achieve the most efficient, effective and favorable outcome. Mr. Edwards also prides himself on providing “outside of the box” recommendations that have been successful on numerous occasions in obtaining favorable results. In addition, Mr. Edwards aggressively and proactively litigates cases, rather than take a “wait and see” approach. He never reacts to what the other side does; he sets the course that a case takes and controls the litigation.
