Chartwell Law Expands Its Insurance Coverage & Insurance Defense Practices in Florida

Chartwell Law has recently added several new associate attorneys to the firm’s insurance coverage and insurance defense practice groups in Florida. George E. Cvejanovich, Chad A. Klosky, and Kristen Schlotzhauer are located in the firm’s Miami office, Cyrus S. Vaziri is located in Fort Myers, and Joline M. Spears will practice from the Deerfield Beach office.

Cvejanovich will practice insurance defense and insurance coverage focusing on claims involving first-party property damage, as well as general liability matters such as fraud investigations and commercial litigation.

Klosky will practice in the areas of insurance defense, bad faith litigation, first-party and third-party insurance defense, as well as general liability defense.

Schlotzhauer will focus on first-party property and third-party insurance defense litigation.

Vaziri will handle first-party property insurance claims and workers’ compensation defense on behalf of insurance carriers and large self-insured organizations.

Spears will focus on first-party property claims and insurance defense matters.
