Benjamin J. Gobel is a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Honors College and a 2010 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was the recipient of the prestigious Daniel B. Dixon Scholarship for excellence in Real Estate Entrepreneurship.
During law school, Mr. Gobel worked for Gismondi & Associates where his practice focused on plaintiff’s personal injury. More recently, he has worked for a startup company focused on commercializing nanotechnology and as a contract attorney providing litigation support and document management services to clients such as PNC Financial Services Group and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
Currently his practice focuses on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation defense for insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers.
