Cheng I. To is a 2007 graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, Ms. To was invited to join the Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Honor Society based on her performance in the Samuel Polsky Moot Court Competition. She was also a member of the I. Herman Stern Competition Committee. During law school, she was a Certified Legal Intern at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and SEPTA. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. To served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Kane of the Atlantic County Superior Court, Civil Division. She is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
