Harry R. Blackburn is a partner in our Medford, New Jersey office.  He has practiced for more than 24 years as a trial lawyer in construction, surety, fidelity and commercial litigation areas.  Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Blackburn worked in the construction industry on large national projects, including a nuclear waste treatment plant, major metropolitan water and waste treatment plants, and other major commercial heavy construction projects.

He has practiced international law for many major surety companies in areas as diverse as Argentina, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Saudi Arabia, and has served as an AAA Arbitrator and worked in various ADR forums.  Mr. Blackburn is also knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of mold-related legal work, including insurance coverage, claims litigation and risk management.  Mr. Blackburn has litigated and arbitrated numerous multimillion-dollar claims in different areas of the country for owners, sureties and insurance companies.
