Jonathan Berkowitz is an Associate in Chartwell’s New York City office. He is a 2007 graduate of the Hofstra University School of Law. While attending law school, Jonathan worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Joseph P. Spinola, J.S.C. of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau. Prior to attending law school, he graduated from the University of Florida in 2004.
Jonathan is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of both New York and New Jersey as well as to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
His practice mainly focuses on the areas of general liability defense and commercial litigation, representing non-for-profit education, multi-state trucking and financial corporations in the New York and New Jersey State Courts.
